Warranty Policy

Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Romano Philippines. This Limited Warranty applies to trimmers and components, purchased from Romano Philippines.

  • What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period (6 months). During this period, Romano Philippines will replace products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

  • What will we do to correct problems?

Romano Philippinnes will replace the product at no charge.

  • What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship i.e. improper storage, improper use, tampering of parts, etc.

  • What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. If it is for replacement, we will coordinate with you for the return of the item and the delivery of your new product, free of charge.
